What about your character in Patiala House appealed to you and how did you prepare for this role?
I always see the script first and ask myself will the audience want to watch this film, then I look at the story from a third person's point of view and see how my character is and what she does in the film. Also it is very important for me to work with interesting people. So this entire thing fell in place with Patiala House. I found my character very appealing and Simran acts like a catalyst in the film which makes the story move.
